Angela Waldrop has only her own interests when representing her clients. Buyer Beware.
Angela charged more money than the regular local commissions for a rental property. When asked why her fees were so high she replied that it was none of my business even though she was representing me. She also threatened with backup offers every time I had a negotiating point. Her tone on the phone was very rude. She would always cover that up with nice cordial follow up emails which would indicate the phone calls had never occurred. None of my deal points were adjusted in lease, just threats of losing the property in every phone call.
This is a warning when doing business with Angela. Be ready to pay more than the going rate. Be prepared to have your concerns ignored. Its her way or the highway.

One item of interest is the rate Angela Waldrop charges for rentals. She charges 15% which is 5% more than most of the other realtors I called in Vero. The standard rate for most is 8%-10%. When I asked Angela why her rate was above her colleagues she explained that there were a couple of realtors she knew that were charging 20%. Just call other realtors in the area and ask the rates there are plenty to choose from.
Even after complying with all of her demands. Having signed and faxed the contract which at the time everything was fine. In the end...
